Regional Gatherings, 2017-18

Regional gatherings are being planned to celebrate the founding of Jesuits West and to:

  • Advance the new province's vision, mission and values, with particular emphasis on the values, and the directives of GC36, in all province works
  • Encourage regional communication and collaboration
  • Deepen partnership, strengthen community, and advance a shared sense of mission among regions and works, and among Jesuits and apostolic partners.

  • Facilitate a deep understanding of our own place within the Ignatian Mission
  • Strengthen the Ignatian identity in each person
  • Reinforce the sense of belonging to an Apostolic Body of Christ
  • Promote a spirituality that is responsible and involved in action
